During operation, place the workpiece on the workbench, move the workbench up and down, and observe the workpiece in the microscope so that the workpiece is in the clearest state in the field of view of the microscope. When we repair any workpiece, the workpiece must be in a clear state. First, the clarity is used to ensure that it meets the focal length. Second, the eyes can clearly see the repair welding process, thereby ensuring the quality of the repair welding.
When repairing welding, customers are strongly required to use two eyes to observe the workpiece at the same time when using the microscope. The eyes should not be close to the eyepiece, nor should they be far away from the eyepiece, about 5 to 10 mm. When the fields of view cannot overlap, you can adjust the two eyepiece holders of the microscope so that the distance between the two eyepieces is consistent with the distance between your own pupils until the two fields of view overlap. The reason why we need to observe with two eyes at the same time is so that the workpiece we see can appear three-dimensional. Can see the high and low positions on the workpiece, especially the small positions of precision parts. And the workpiece after repair welding can be inspected to observe whether the repair welding position is undercut or burned to ensure that the repair welding position and height meet the requirements.
